Have you dealt with IBAC, the Victorian Ombudsman, or another Victorian integrity body that we oversee?

If you have a concern, we can check whether or not the agency has complied with certain laws.

Are you concerned about improper conduct by a public body or officer?

People who blow the whistle about wrongdoing in the public sector are protected from retaliation. You can also make a disclosure anonymously.

Latest news

We have a new name!

A new chapter begins with the change of our name to Integrity Oversight Victoria to more clearly explain what we do--a great way to mark 12 years as Victoria's lead integrity body.

Former officer prosecuted 

In September 2024, we charged a former officer of an agency that we oversee with wilfully making a false or misleading statement during the course of one of our investigations.

VI oversees new body

The number of integrity bodies the Victorian Inspectorate oversees rose to 15 with the commencement of the Parliamentary Workplace Standards and Integrity Commission on 31 December.
